Media executive Larry Adams wanted to get the word out about LVA, an anti-racist media buying agency he had just launched.

The Pitch

We interviewed Larry about growing up in South Central LA, rising through the advertising, media, and entertainment industries, the challenges he faced as a black man at otherwise entirely white companies, and his role developing the branding of HBO Max.
